Wow! The experience I shared here with my family was outstanding. I live in West Palm and through the grape vine was recommended this restaurant. The family I had in town was from Chicago (food capital of the world), and were heavily dependent upon a solid edible arrangement. The food was incredible and the service was perfect (our server Bobby was half the experience!). I cannot wait until my family is in town to share a great experience here again!

My family and I visited this location on Friday, the experience was outstanding! The manager Max, introduced himself, greeted us and checked on how we were enjoying the food. I must say, for a person who dines out often (like myself) it was refreshing to see a him take the extra step to make customers feel welcome and comfortable.The food was incredible and fresh! Food came out in a timely fashion. Ambience was nice and energetic. I will most definitely be visiting this location again.

Roach Infested Restaurant. This location has been declining rapidly for months. Went to the bar for some happy hour drinks and appetizers. The frozen margarita machine NEVER works. The bar was filthy with spilled salsa, crumbs and dried up food. While waiting on apps, a roach crawled from behind the bar to the chip basket and down the bar. Avoid this place.

Max is a great manager he listens to his customers concerns and adjust accordingly ! give this place a chance the location is great!

Chips were awesome after a long day at work. I sat down at the bar and was annoyed by a drunk . Selina was the bar tender .I decided to place my order to go Once I got home order was jacked . Motto of review is if you guys pay more attention to customers and the surrounding instead of flirting with each other “ Selina and Max I would not had to return

Great food, great service, never disappoints. Love the Mexican chopped salad with grilled shrimp and this yummy Blueberry Lemonade Mojito!

I've been to just about all the Cabo Flats locations and I LOVE this one. Easy access and clean restaurant. If you get Lyrica as your server you are in luck. She is one of the most attentive I've ever had and even made sure my wife and I had extra tortillas since we were splitting our fajita. The manager knew we were trying to watch the NFL playoff game (we didn't even ask) and changed the closest screen to the game so we didn't have to turn. I come here all the time and will continue to do so!

Good food, horrible service. Empty Tuesday, service was still slow and awful. Hostess wasn't happy to seat a group. We even squeezed tables together for her. Drinks that weren't forgotten took forever. One person in our group didn't even get his tacos till the rest of our party recieved and finished our food. Charged full prices for happy hour items. Ended up just giving up... Haven't had service this bad in a long time.

It is an OK restaurant no qualms nor praises to give. What’s funny at least funny to me 😂 is I’ve been here three times and THREE times a lizard was able to sneak in my car while I was trying to get home. To say I was paranoid while driving is a understatement. But ok back to the food the meals are subpar I would like the flan to be more firmer, it’s good but it’s not a restaurant I’ll run to eat at on my free will... been here three times so far cause I’ve been out with friends and I was outvoted. But on a positive note the service is AMAZING! staff is extremely kind and attentive

Our server Lyric was fantastic. She anticipated our needs before we could. A manager by the name of Aubrey stopped by to check on us which was impressive. We are business owners in the area with a food and beverage background and took note of the excellent service and management. Because of the way we were treated and the awesome food and margaritas, we will most definitely return! Maxim was awesome also. Thanks ago Cabo Flats for the amazing experience!

Great environment! Very friendly staff! Felt welcomed since the moment I walked in.

They tried. I think. But the four meals came out at different times.We'd emailed ahead to ask about vegan options but they kept putting cheese on first the entrees then the sides. Three were not right, and the other was just so-so. Salsa was good, though.

Without a doubt the most terrible service I’ve ever recieved. Not only is the food WAY overpriced, but they charge $11 for a margarita that’s essentially served in a beer pint glass - no presentation. Our server, in a word, sucked. Our water glasses were empty the entire time. They brought us burnt food and beans that tasted like cigarette butts. When we rightfully complained, the manager offered to give us a discount for our trouble, which turned out to be a measly $10 off. In conclusion, lots of staff with bad attitudes and the fact that you could get better food and service at a hole in the wall Mexican restaurant in Tijuana.

I am the 200th review! Exceptional service so far! Half way through dinner and this is a very dog friendly restuarant. The enployees even brought Levi a bowl of water! Prompt and really good service!

I ordered ceviche to go. Not very happy with it. The ceviche at the one downtown was so much better. Not sure why it wouldn't be the same. Bummer.

I have been to Cabo in Jupiter many times and consistently get great service and food. Starts with great management and a great team. Always an enjoyable experience!

We took a group of 50. They took great care of us overall. Food was good, beers cold. Staff was very accommodating.

Had a great time with our family! It was my very first time Selena was our waitress and she was on point and friendly. The manager Audrey came out and greeted everyone very friendly.

Bar was very dirty and drinks overpriced. Good music playing at a comfortable level and bartender was not bad.

My first time here.... Such an amazing service, Selena was such a doll and took care of me all night.... I deff recommended this place if you want to sing your head off with karaoke night on Saturday.... deff the place to be, lovely people and lovely environment ..... my first time on the mic and it was just a wonderful time.....

Horrible, indefensibly bad service. There today for lunch on President’s day. 3 staff were there, one of which was the cook — I guess they were trying to save some costs, notwithstanding the negative impact this might have on the quality of its service and on its brand. After an hour my food hadn’t arrived. When it did, it was cold, so I got up and left. To avoid a similar experience, my advice to those considering it, is not to go there in the first place. Customers should expect a minimal level of service when they go to a restaurant — reasonably timely service and food of acceptable quality, being paramount among them. Cabo Flats failed badly on both marks and one wonders why they’re in — or allowed to remain — in business.

I don't write many reviews, but just had to give a shout out to Cabo and our awesome waiter John (hope I'm remembering that right...) after our great experience earlier this evening. I legit felt like we were wine and dined, had conversations with 5+ members of the staff just shooting the $hit and everybody was happy and helpful. Highlights included an excellent happy hour (advertised as being at the bar only fyi), the best $5 margaritas I've had in a long time, super tasty and plentiful chips and salsa (get some of the habanero sauce for a bit extra kick!), a random request I had for clear tape (multiple options brought back) and extra care for our 18mo old all around (food, drink, drawing and laughs).Thanks guys, we'll certainly be back!

Margarita, the bartender, was nice and helpful. The burrito bowls we ordered didn't have the guacamole and looked more like it came from a fast food place than an upscale restaurant! The basket of chips at the bar came with a hair in it to boot! I would recommend checking your to go order before taking it out of the restaurant!

Nasty food. Place was EMPTY.Food order was wrong and some of the food didn't even come out. Drink were drinkable.

We had a company party there for Xmas. There was a special menu and the waitress was very attentive and pleasant. She had plenty of help and empty plates were cleared quickly. The manager checked in on us as well. Food was delivered hot and that's hard with a party of 30. Drinks flowed nicely and the water was always filled. Some of the staff finished up their evening with karaoke. Great party made possible with great food and service.

I liked the color of the building... everything else was a GREAT BIG disappointment. Very Overpriced and the Service was bad for only 3 tables at lunch. And the decor of the place ... not what I need to see on the walls. Take off from another local Mexican place in Jupiter. Music was current hits not .... Mexican.

Tonight was the fourth and what was going to be the final time I was going to go to Cabo Flats because the past three times I had went my experience was not great at all. Tonight, I sat at the bar and it was all because of Ty, the bartender I will be coming back. The drinks were amazing, the food was phenomenal. Their chicken tortilla soup was the best it has ever been and the grilled cheese was melted to perfection. The live music was great and not over bearing. The over all atmosphere was to perfection. If you go here make sure you get Ty as your bartender he is amazing!

The service is wanting in this place. My date and I waited 10 min before drinks were re filled. No napkins. Frozen Margarita was watered down, I returned it. Service was extremely slow for a monday, with no other people in the place. I would not recommend this place

The staff was super nice and fun. The manager even stopped by our table to see if everything was right and it was. Service was superb and would recommend this place to anyone. I will be back soon!

Former employee. Honestly an amazing restaurant, ran by Max. He keeps his place well ran. Good food. (margaritas are the best thing though) Good luck Max & Cabo! Keep up the work!! If you have any issues he will be more then happy to help fix the problem and give you a little extra!

Went there on a Friday night with a date. Two people working bar. We didnt hardly get noticed when we date down at bar. Ordered drinks then ordered happy hour appetizers. Ordered dinner and after long wait they brought our appetizers out again. Cancelled dinner order and waiter tried charging us regular price for happy hour apps. Manager took blame but service was horrendous. Used to go here all time. Not anymore.

Location is right across from Juno Beach. So came in for a quick bite.Lunch special $9.95. Mexican chopped salad (gluten free and vegan) and Crispy Tuna Tacos (made gluten free). Food is delicious and came out fast!They seem to have an awesome tequila bar and drink menu. I didn't give it a try, but I might later this week.Service is par. Server not very knowledgeable of the menu and wasn't very attentive/ charismatic. Restaurant was not busy dring lunch and has lots of space.Would definitely come here again.

As we waited for our food, and ate chips and salsa, a ROACH ran out by the chip basket! I quickly grabbed the wrapped silverware and killed it. Disgusting place and should be closed down by the health department!

We ordered an appetizer of guacamole & chips. We were served them and then realized there was no silverware, napkins or small plates on the table. Since our waiter had disappeared, I stepped to an unoccupied table and took care of that issue.The guacamole was tasteless...needed cumin, salt, pepper, cilantro, etc.Then we ordered chicken tacos. We were lucky if there was even an ounce of chicken in the tacos. Again a tasteless item. Then we get to the rice and beans. The rice was very dry, and guess what, TASTELESS.We will not be back. And my advice to you is to avoid this place.
